Chicken Adobo It’s been a while since I cooked adobo so I cooked this one for dinner tonight. I revised the recipe I used in my first Chicken Adobo but I followed the same instructions. I used 500 grams of chicken thigh fillet instead of chicken wings. I didn’t put diced onion but I added 3 tbsp of sugar and juice of 1/2 lemon. I always prefer my adobo on the sweet and saucier side as you can see in the photo. How about you? How do you like your adobo?

Buckets of Fun from Manang’s Chicken

This was way back in November of last year during my birthday and this was my treat to my sister. A bucket of Manang’s Chicken and a bucket of chips. Naumay kami sa chips pero sulit! I think I got the large bucket of chips kaya nagsawa kami. haha!

Chicken a la Pobre I got the recipe here. The photo in the original recipe looks really good but I don’t think I did a very good job with this one. haha! I think I over marinated the chicken or maybe the ratio of the soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce with the chicken is not correct. It’s still edible though because my sister and I still ate it because we don’t have a choice. haha!
