Beef Bulgogi Rice Topping

The first “5 Ingredients Only” recipe from the January/February issue of Yummy magazine. This is really easy to make so I’ll post the “behind the cooking” tomorrow. The beef I used is kinda expensive but it’s money well spent. We couldn’t find a cheaper kind of beef so we bought an Australian Rib Eye Steak (Sukiyaki Cut) and I also used a Korean marinade that we bought from SM. All the details will be posted tomorrow so watch out for it.
