Chic and Boy

(152/365)
June 30, 2010

This day was a special holiday in the Philippines because of the inauguration of the 15th president, Benigno Simeon Cojuanco Aquino III aka Noynoy and now, P-Noy.:) Let’s hope for the best for our country!

Moving on! =P Chicken and Baboy for the day! Sinigang na Manok by Tita Tec(?) for lunch and Cebu Lechon Liempo from Chic-boy for dinner.

I woke up around 2 PM because of watching too much SYTYCD and the inauguration was over. hehe. I just ate here in my boarding house and the food was Sinigang na Manok.

Sinigang na Manok

I don’t know where to eat for dinner so I asked Mik if he wanted to eat at Chic-boy and he agreed. Pitet also was there but I don’t have any picture of her because I was busy savoring the taste of the Cebu Lechon Liempo. =P I’ve always wanted to come back there because the first time I went to Chic-boy, I don’t have my camera with me to share my experience. So, here it goes.

Chic-boy is the orange Mang Inasal. Just check out the interior of the place below. Even the numbers with the long stick that you put in a holder in your table is the same as Mang Inasal’s. They also have Rice-all-you-can meals and Inasal Chicken. What’s special from this place is the Cebu Lechon Liempo and Cebu Lechon Manok.

We only ordered one whole Cebu Lechon Liempo (P155) since we were just three and my companions were not really big eaters. The serving is for 3-4 people so the order was just right for us.

If you’re still hungry for more, check out my other chicken posts or Liempo posts! :)
